Congratulations on a very successful program on Sunday.  I tried to attend but was unable to find a parking spot.  If my knees had not been bothering me, I would have parked at the church and walked the distance.  However, I turned around and came back home. The article in the paper was very nice.  I have not heard anything but good things about it.  So,  you did it again.  Praise God.

Subj: Thank You

Ms Geneva Bell

Thank you so much for the invitation to the celebration on Sunday, it was a pleasure as well as a honor to meet you.  I am so happy things are coming together for you, with the added support of Walmart.

Everything was so nice, and the kids were amazing. Next year I will bring my Grandchildren with me, they are still young but have always been active in the Association and African American History.

My 9 year old granddaughter was the speaker at assembly at her school last week, she told them the story of the 2221 Negro Infantry Volunteers of W.W.II. She is also one of the guest speakers at State Farm on this Friday. So I was very happy to see so many of the Children there on Sunday. I will most definitely keep them in mind for our up coming reunion in November. We have to continue to teach them to embrace their heritage.

Geneva, you have done a fantastic job, I know it is not done but keep pushing you will continue to succeed. If there is anything I can do to help you please do not hesitate to get in touch with me. Again thank you for all of your hard work in bringing recognition to African American History in Clarksville, TN.....

Ms. Geneva Bell (You) (Me) (Dr. George Smith) (Bennie McRae) one person can make a difference.

Sincerely,

Mae Bell-Campbell

Thanks Mrs. Bell,

Anytime you have something going on let me know and I'll try to push it for coverage. I had a great time!!

You are such an active person in the community and I look up to you for that.

Keep up the good work and let me know when Wal-mart starts that maintenance. I think that will be good for a story of its own.

Have a good day,
